Dear Students, Parents, and Partners,
I am proud to be the Chairman of Aston Educational Group and the CEO of Balboa International Education. Aston Educational Group is a professional international education group started in the United States that delivers language training and K-12 programs (http://www.astoneducation.com). We operate more than 135 training centers, schools and exchange programs in 80 cities throughout China, Vietnam, Canada and the United States.
Aston Education Group is the proud owner of Balboa International Education and Balboa School, which was founded in 1991 by Dr. Stephen Parker, a Harvard graduate, who had the vision and fortitude to open a creative and inspirational secondary school, Balboa School, in Escondido, San Diego, California, "America's finest city." Balboa School offers 1st to 12th grade classes and is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), and is a member of the College Board, and the National Honor Society (NHS). In addition, our school is authorized by the US Immigration and Naturalization Services and by the Department of Justice to issue the I-20 AB Form, allowing foreign students to study with us.
Today, Balboa International Education operates over ten International and American Diploma Programs at partner high schools around the world. Balboa International Education also manages College Counseling programs that help to properly prepare students for their college application process. Balboa International Education's College Counseling cooperates with over 100 tier one US Universities including; Boston College, University at California at Santa Barbara, and University of Dayton, as well as operates multiple extracurricular programs with top universities such as the Berkeley MUN program and University of Pennsylvania leadership program.
Balboa International Education has a long and storied history preparing international students to study abroad. We have been at the forefront of current ideas and trends in Education for over 25 years. We welcome international students, parents and partners to learn more about our program.

DAVID WISNER
CEO, Executive Chair of AEG
Mr. Wisner is the CEO of Balboa Group and Executive Chair of AEG. Mr. Wisner graduated from the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA). He has great knowledge and understanding about the cultural and educational differences between eastern and western countries. He focuses on using the educational theories and methodologies to cultivate international students to be excellent. Mr. Wisner is a member of NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling) and a member of NAFSA (Association of International Educators). He has in-depth knowledge and great understanding of American Ivy League admissions and enrollment philosophy.
LIBBY ZHANG
President, AEG Director of Board
Ms. Zhang is the President; Senior Director of Finance, Relations, Marketing and Chinese HR Team; Senior Director of College Counseling for Balboa International Education and the AEG Director of Board.
Ms. Zhang is a member of NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling) and a member of NAFSA (Association of International Educators). She received her B.A. in English Literature from Northwest University and a Msc. in Construction Management from Chang An University. She is one of the founders of New Synergy Institute.
DR. STEPHEN PARKER
Balboa School Founder
Dr. Parker graduated from Harvard University and founded Balboa School in 1991 with the vision of creating a dynamic, creative secondary school for children who wanted and needed a more exciting and structured program with small classes. Balboa School and its educators have gained wide acclaim for providing a framework for unleashing individual talent in each student. Dr. Parker has over 30 years of experience working with a broad range of students including those who are highly gifted and those who are gifted and unmotivated. He is a frequent speaker on special and gifted education topics and has developed social skills programs and SAT preparation courses as well as the curriculum at Balboa School. Dr. Parker is a dynamic educator and works tirelessly to help students reach their potential.
ZACHARY C. JONES
Balboa School Executive Director
A former professional athlete, Mr. Jones knows well the commitment, discipline, and effort required to succeed at the highest levels of athletics. As an academic administrator, he knows well that those same requirements are necessary for achievement in an educational setting. In his 23 years of education management, he has led his team of administrators and educators in creating solid educational programs for junior and senior high school students. He established effective organizations, improved academic practices and developed procedures to ensure his students and faculty were able to reach their highest goals.
NATALIE CLARK ADDLESON
Vice Principal and Director of International Programs
Ms. Clark Addleson has a Masters of Arts in teaching from Marshall University and is the Vice Principal of Balboa School where she collaborates with the Executive Director and other members of the administration in the development of new policies and procedures. She is also the Director of International Programs and is responsible for implementing the curriculum of overseas programs. With 16 years experience in high school teaching and administration she understands the importance of helping students plan for their future lives and careers.
