Hi All, These are the designs as of now.
I will start with the background. It was initially designed with a red background (picture belowed), which I felt didn't look good. We also had blue, white and grey background. I feel white looks best but does give it a plain(boring) look. See choices below

Page 16-1: Websites should be larger.
Remove logos over two pages and put logos on both page 16 and page 1. Not these hard to see black and white ones but the colored ones.
Page 2-3: Make top text bigger on page 2 and add title "Our Company"
The pictures on these two pages, please use pictures that are related to our company. I was a little unclear. When I said generic pictures, I meant generic pictures that relate to our company and our own pictures, not just generic pictures in general
Page 4-5: Charles sent you pictures of everyone, is there any problems with the pictures of Charles, JP, James Rice, Gabriel, Ryan
Page 6-7: Under Balboa Group need the Balboa Group introduction from page 2 under the logo then under that need the core values. Core values is too bold and too big.
Page 6: The circle should have "Mission Possible" inside of it
Page 7: Can the picture to show students in the classroom or one of Susan standing in front of the classroom. An empty classroom looks weird
Page 6: Balboa School picture, please edit out the red line on the sidewalk.
Page 8-9: Please have logo on Page 8 only, above Dual Diploma Programs. Have it in color and not just transparent.
Page 9: Send text box needs a title "Elementary Programs"
Page 10-11: University acceptances looks boring and why red? Change to Balboa red
Page 11: Still waiting for text from Libby
Page 11: Big picture, I suggest a change for this, maybe unless our text relates to this.
Page 12-13: Study Aston logo should be on the top
Page 13: Need a little for each text box. "Study Aston Toronto" and "Study Aston Austin"
Page 12: Map: The dot at the top is showing Hanoi, Not Hai Phong. We have school in Hai Phong, not Hanoi. 越南北方的城市是海防市不是河内市
